Apply NowWhat is a doctor home loan?
A doctor home loan — also called a physician mortgage — is a portfolio home loan tailored for medical professionals, doctors and residents. Unlike conforming conventional or FHA mortgages that require private mortgage insurance (PMI) or a large down payment, a doctor home loan permits up to 100% loan-to-value financing, bypasses student loan payments in the debt-to-income review and accepts a signed employment contract before your residency or practice start date.
